Preliminary study

We analyse your needs and prepare a preliminary study of the actions required to meet them, in order to determine the investment, financing options, procedures required up to commissioning (permits, licences, registrations, etc.) and the necessary deadlines.

Project design

This includes needs analysis, conception of the production unit, infrastructure or building, definition of its main technical aspects (buildings, installations, machinery and equipment) and adaptation to applicable regulations (urban planning, technical-health, environmental, industrial sector, etc.).

The project consists of the technical documentation required to define the works, installations and equipment; quantify the investment amount; justify its economic viability; and serve as the basis for processing and obtaining the permits, licences, authorisations and registrations required for the activity.

Grants and public aid

We assess different grant and public aid opportunities. We prepare the necessary documentation and process and monitor files, both for application and payment.

Administrative procedures

We prepare the documentation for all administrative procedures required for project execution and commissioning: licences (installation on non-developable land, building, first occupancy, activity, opening, etc.); authorisations (roads, construction in watercourse or road protection areas, discharges, etc.); and registrations (industrial, agri-food industries, health, etc.).

Technical assistance during contracting

We offer technical and economic advice during the contracting phase for works, installations and equipment, making it easier to select contractors and suppliers and obtain the best technical and economic solution.

We prepare the required technical and economic documentation, identify suppliers and contractors, send documentation to them and prepare reports on the offers received, providing all the information needed to ensure a sound contract award.

Technical management and health and safety coordination

We carry out the tasks required to execute works, installations and equipment in accordance with the conditions set out in the technical documentation prepared by our company and approved by the various bodies involved in its authorisation, mainly in relation to urban planning, health, environmental, industrial sector and health and safety aspects.

These include: drafting site documents (setting-out records, notice of commencement of works, approval of safety plans, handover records, etc.); drafting periodic site reports; carrying out controls and checks (geometry, altimetry, geotechnics, etc.); requesting tests and trials (concrete, steel, cement, etc.); studying and incorporating modifications; and issuing work certificates.
